Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Inverness is Hiring a Dialysis Registered Nurse - PRN Near Englewood, CO
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Anticipated Job Close Date: 4/26/2024
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
- Minimum of 12 months acute nursing experience.
- Minimum of 6 months specialized dialysis experience providing nursing care to dialysis patients in acute or chronic setting.
- Medical Surgical Acute Care Experience, Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience in specialized dialysis program within acute or chronic setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
- Proficient with use of dialysis equipment, care of the equipment, and required testing of the equipment.
- Must collaborate with nephrology physicians to update and establish plan of care for dialysis patient prior to initiation of dialysis treatment.
- Establishes communication with patient’s assigned nurse, pre, mid, and post dialysis treatment.
- Thorough and concise documentation with the facility’s electronic medical record system.
- Follows contracted companies policies and procedures and adheres to standards of care set forth by the Company.
